Internal Kulcha Club Campaign

McDonald's takes the upskilling of their staff members very seriously. But more than that, they want their staff to be happy. By using a club theme, they help to foster a culture of friendliness, hard work and happiness amongst employees.

The key visual, made up of South African style, hand generated typography has been used successfully throughout the 2017 and 2018 campaigns. 

The illustrations are fun and colourful to help brighten up the staff areas and keep things light and fun.
